Application Terms & Conditions Acknowledgement

I certify that the information I have provided on this application is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any falsification on this application is grounds for non-acceptance or dismissal from 2FLY Airborne. I understand that my course deposit is non-refundable should I not attend. I understand that if in order to change my class date, I must give a minimum of 30-days advanced notice to 2FLY Airborne.

I understand that all training course outlines provided by 2FLY are based on FAA and/or EASA regulatory requirements. 2FLY does not guarantee that courses can be completed within the number of quoted hours or days allotted for a training program. I understand my actual costs are variable and are dependent upon my individual aptitude and performance. I understand that the FAA and EASA agencies may impose regulatory changes, which may impact training requirements to change. Subsequent changes may have a financial impact on my training tuition. I understand 2FLY Group, and any of its group of companies, reserves the right to change training locations, accommodations, and course prices without notice.

I understand tuition payments are to be paid in US Dollars. Florida sales tax is charged on all pilot shop purchases and part-time students. All courses are subject to a 2FLY cancellation policy. Fuel surcharges may apply and are subject to change.

The below items MUST be returned to the 2FLY Airborne admissions office.

  • Complete this entire application form.
  • A $1,000 USD non-refundable course deposit. (Bank wire receipt must be provided if you pay by bank transfer.)
  • A clear, color copy of your valid passport.
  • Foreign students only: Attach a bank statement demonstrating that you or your sponsor have the financial resources required for your education in the U.S. (funds should reflect your total course tuition).

Upon receipt of the above via email, an I-20 form and acceptance letter will be sent to you (the applicant) within six months of your enrolled class date. Once received, you will then be able to proceed to a U.S. Consulate or Embassy in your country to request the visa.

On arrival to 2FLY Airborne, students are enrolled according to the requirements of the training center and the U.S. Government. Course Fees and Invoice Schedule will be provided with your I-20 form and acceptance letter package.

All students shall report to our Merritt Island, Florida facility on their first day for orientation by 9:00am.
